  • Miss Catwings

    "The Shimmy & Shake From The Aloha State" Since 2006, Miss Catwings has been performing her sultry and seductive or comical and kitsch brain-teasing burlesque performances to audiences across Hawai’i Nei, and coast to coast across the USA!

    A cat with many hats, she has been a fixture in the Honolulu Arts community, for over two decades as a burlesque artist, instructor, emcee/host, director and producer.

    With a walk you can recognize from a mile away, you'll regret missing the chance to watch this feisty feline bump and grind her way into your mind. Miss Catwings is always sure to please with the sensual Art of Tease!

  • Lady Lola LeStrange

    Lola is a current member of The Midnight Menagerie, a POC performance collective. She has also been a member and co-producer of Texas’ only award-winning plus size cabaret troupe, Fat Bottom Cabaret (Best Large Group, BHOF 2022) and The Jigglewatts Burlesque Revue.

    She has performed at numerous festivals and competitions including Imperial Monarch Canada (1st Runner-Up, 2022), the Viva Las Vegas Burlesque Showcase (2022), Freezing Tassel Burlesque Festival (Headliner, 2020), Burlesque Hall of Fame (“Best Debut” competitor, 2019), Teaser Festival (2023 & 2020), Jeezy’s Juke Joint (2016, 2017), Texas Burlesque Festival (2019 “Best Tease,” 2017 “Audience Choice”), and more.

    She is known as the Rear and Pleasant Danger!

  • Miss AuroraBoobRealis

    She lights up the night stage with her unique mixture of raw and earthy, wild and fearless burlesque! She is an interdisciplinary performing artist creating in the intersections of burlesque, dance, theater and poetry. Central to her existence is the fact that Aurora cannot and will not separate herself from her art, race, or political beliefs. She has a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College and an M.F.A. in Interdisciplinary Arts from Goddard College with a focus on 20th Century Black Radical Artists and the intersections of dance, poetry, and theater.

    She is the co-founder of @brassburlesque brASS: Brown RadicalAss Burlesque, and back in 2007, Brown Girls Burlesque. In 2018, brASS Burlesque’s then monthly show in Brooklyn, Compost Bin: A RadicalASS Cabaret to Deal with the World, was featured in the New York Times! In 2019, Compost Bin was featured in Teen Vogue!

    She has graced burlesque stages across the country from NYC to Seattle, Portland, Austin, Boston, Minneapolis, Philly, D.C. and more! In 2016, she headlined the Texas Burlesque Festival, then returned to Austin twice in the following year to headline two of Coco Lectric's Mistress of Musicality Productions. In 2018, she had the honor of being the first out of town headliner for Venessa Chevelle's Afrotease in Richmond, VA. In August of 2019, she joined the BurlyCon Board. In 2020 she won a Silver Tusk Award for Best Political Figure and in 2021 she was voted the champion for The Humanitarian Award at the Silver Tusk All Stars. Also in 2021, she became the new @burlycon Board President.

    She first stepped on stage when she was five and never looked back. She created her first solo theater show at 18, the same year she started striping in clubs. She has spent more than half of her life as a professional performer wowing and inspiring audiences world-wide, sometimes clothed, sometimes not.

  • Lou Lou la Duchesse de Rière

    Lou Lou is an Afro-Indigenous internationally renowned neo-burlesque dancer, teacher, and activist hailing from the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake, Quebec.

    "She uses her art to break social constructs surrounding First Nations women’s sexuality and imposes news standards of beauty in the burlesque community." - VICE

    She has been thrice voted into the Burlesque Top 50 by 21st Century Burlesque! In September 2018 she was crowned New Orleans Queen of Burlesque. She also holds titles at the 2019 Burlesque Hall of Fame (2nd Runner up and Most Innovative) and was crowned Queen of Burlesque @burlesquehall in 2022.

2024 LEGENDARY SPECIAL GUEST

  • Shawna the Black Venus

    Shawna, known as the “Black Venus,” started her burlesque career in 1972. She took a dare from a friend at an “amateur night” contest and won! That was the beginning of her professional dancing career. Inspiration came from headliners she was lucky to work with, including Leigh Sharon, Tempest Storm, Terry Starr and Gina Bon Bon just to name a few. Shawna appeared in Guam, Puerto Rico and became famous throughout the East Coast and Mid-West in the 70s and 80s. The Ponderosa Sun Club in Roselawn, Indiana was infamous for holding the Miss Nude America and several other Burlesque contests. Shawna was asked to participate at the Ponderosa Sun Club in her booking agent's all-nude wedding as a bridesmaid!! Cheri Magazine filmed and published the entire event. Shawna was well known for her “country Western” and spectacular “fire show” in which she twirled tassels with fire!

  • Shawna has been featured in the book, Legends of Burlesque: Then and Now presented by Legends Gina Bon Bon and Julie Mist.

    Shawna now works in healthcare for well-known clients.

    Although she formally retired from dancing in 1994, she has since returned to burlesque and has participated in:

    • The walk of fame at the Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekender in 2018, 2019 & 2023.

    • Was the 2022 BurlyCon Legend of Honor.

    In 2023 she was invited by BurlyCares to perform in Las Vegas, NV at Timeless: a Celebration of Variety Entertainment Legends (her first time performing in 29 years) and also had the honor of performing at Legends & Icons, an all Black Burlesque Revue produced by Twirlisha Devine in Indianapolis, IN (the first time she has ever shared a stage with other Black performers).

  • Since getting back into the bump and grind of it, now in her 70s, Shawna doesn’t look like she’s ready to stop dancing anytime soon.

    So far in 2024 she has headlined at the Vancouver International Burlesque Festival in Vancouver, Canada, the Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekender in Las Vegas, NV, and is scheduled to headline at Legends & Icon’s in Indianapolis, IN, What The Funk?! Festival in Seattle, WA and at the Hawaiʻi Burlesque Festival in Honolulu, HI.

  • Oroki

    Oroki brings striptease to the air and makes clothes rain from above. Make sure to hydrate and bring a fan, because this devilish act packs some serious heat. Witness this performer strap in and let down his hair (and more!)

    Having performed circus arts in San Francisco, Portland, and Seattle, he now works as Creative Director to make productions such as Alice in Shadowland, a collaboration between circus and the queer visual arts duo, Shadow Girls Cult. Aside from these creative ventures, he provides classes and private instruction at Georgetown’s School of Acrobatic and New Circus Arts and here at SODO’s Emerald City Trapeze Arts.

  • Sandria Doré

    Sandria is a Portland born and raised burlesque performer that's been dancing on stages since 2009.

    A Burlesque Hall of Fame winner, international entertainer and cast member of Diva Drag brunch & Tease revue.

    When she’s not performing she can be seen teaching pole dance, chasing after her six year old son & making you lift those weights at a barre3 studio!

  • Papaya Magic Cabaret

    The Latin Voltron of Sauce, Olympia's Juicy Power Trio is the first and currently (but hopefully not for long) only all Latine burlesque and cabaret performance collective in the region. Co-founded in the summer of 2018 by Dulce, Vanessa the Witch and Latina K Turner D'Ho, creating art that is magical, thoughtful, and different ever since. As a collective, they seek to inspire and empower others who see themselves represented in our art and on our stage.

    This trio performs throughout the Pacific Northwest, appearing at the inaugural 2019 What The Funk!? An All BIPOC Burlesque Festival in Seattle, WA; also featured in the documentary What the Funk: A Love Letter to the POC Community which premiered at the Seattle Queer Film Festival in 2022. The collective was Featured Artist at the 2022 inaugural Pacific Northwest Burlesque Festival in Olympia; is the resident troupe of Azucar, a Latine Cabaret Experience also in Olympia; winners of the "Keepin'it Weird" award at the 2023 Oregon Burlesque Festival; and the first all-Latine group to be invited to perform in any showcase at the Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekender in 2023.

    A Chicago burlesque performer, teacher and model, Shimmy LaRoux is your bad girl with good home training. Bringing a combination of quirky charm and infectious energy, Shimmy is able to channel classic Hollywood, be playfully cheeky or serve fierce diva realness.

    Shimmy was recently crowned Miss Burlesque World 2022 and named the #37 most influential burlesque performer in the world. She is also honored to be a 2019 Mover, Shaker, and Innovator at the Burlesque Hall of Fame, headliner at the 2019 Ohio Burlesque Festival, winner of Best Overall at the 2019 Dublin Burlesque Festival, 2022 What the Funk?! Headliner, producer of Shimmy's House Party in Chicago and is an internationally traveling performer! She is also an International Playboy Playmate (Denmark, January 2022) and 2-time FHM Cover Model.

    Internationally known, Minnesota grown' RedBo eis one of the biggest names in burlesque! She began traveling the world as one of the Wham Bam Thank You Ma’ams, backing up the infamous Foxy Tann in her quest for world domination in 2005. RedBone has featured at Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly Weekend, is the 2019 reigning 'Princess of Burlesque' of The Miss Exotic World competition at The Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekender in Las Vegas and 2016-2023 21st Century Burlesque Magazine Top 50 Most Influential Industry Figures!!

    Owner of Cyclone Enterprises, a production company focused on Black, Brown & Queer Fringe Arts Entertainment, producing Moist - An All Black Erotic Cabaret at Oasis SF. She is also co-founder of The Nudie Nubie’s Show -- An Amateur Reveal established in 2013 designed to support & elevate the 4 years and under generation of teasers. Since 2014, RedBone has made it a priority to prevent ashiness by glamorously & naturally hydrating the skin of humans across the globe with her product Glam Jam -- an all-natural glitter lotion stick aka “Glo-tion For Your Motion"

  • Rebecca Mm Davis

    Rebecca Mm Davis has Emceed up and down the West Coast, as well as the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.H Recent highlights include hosting across Canada:Isle of Tease in Victoria BC, Saskatoon International Burlesque Festival, and the Queen City Burlesque Expo. She’s been seen across America at the Juneteenth JumpOff in Chicago, and the Savannah Burlesque Festival. Some PNW favorites include: Booklover’s Burlesque, Swashbuckler’s Ball and Once Upon A Tassel. Along with Founder Mx Pucks A'Plenty and Stormy Chance, Rebecca co-produces and hosts What The Funk: An All BIPOC Burlesque Festival in Seattle. With her own production company The Stay Up Late Show, Rebecca produces nerdlesques, burlesques, and with Tootsie Spangles recently wrote and co-produced a full length theatrical production, Fried Green Beaches.
